Possession prior to Settlement:
The Seller agrees to grant the Buyer possession of the property upon this Contract becoming unconditional. The conditions for such possession will be in accordance with Standard Condition 8.5 of the Contract. The Buyer must provide the Seller with a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate of Insurance for the property prior to taking possession of the Property.
**Please note that the reference to Standard Condition 8.5 of the Contract assumes that the Contract will be a REIQ Contract for House and Residential Land (16th edition). If a different form of Contract is being used, the reference to this Standard Condition will need to be amended.
