Selling or buying a property of any kind is a significant financial transaction. We recommend that you consult a Solicitor to check the Contract before it is signed to ensure that:

All terms and conditions stated in the Contract reflect what has been agreed between the Seller and Buyer;
You are aware of your rights, obligations and implications arising from certain conditions stated in the Contract;
The Contract addresses any matters or issues of particular concern in relation to the property being sold or purchased. Additional special conditions may need to be drafted to protect your rights in relation to such issues.
All matters required to be disclosed are stated in the Contract.

Once the Contract has been signed, our Conveyancing team will assist you throughout the transaction up until settlement has been completed.
