Caragh Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University, Western Australia, in January 2012 and a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University, Queensland, in December 2016.
Caragh commenced her career in Real Estate and small business while completing her first degree. After obtaining her Bachelor of Psychology, Caragh worked in the Northern Territory and Western Australia as a Child Protection Case Manager with families who were sometimes experiencing complex legal issues.
She moved to Queensland in 2014 and completed a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in 2016 while running a small business and continuing her work in Child Protection.
Caragh has worked for Delaney & Delaney since August 2017. Caragh’s previous work experience makes her well equipped to assist her clients to resolve issues related to parenting and property division after a separation and address associated estate planning issues.
Caragh is admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and to the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Practitioners Association and Women Lawyers Association of Queensland. Caragh is a volunteer Board Member at Open Doors Youth Service and a Volunteer Solicitor at Women’s Legal Service.
