Julia Marler completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Queensland in 2006. Julia completed her articles of clerkship at Marler & Darvall, and was admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland in January 2007.
Julia practices chiefly in the areas of Commercial and Business Law, Wills and Estates and Property Law.
Julia aims to provide practical, strategic advice which is tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Julia volunteers with the LGBTI Legal Service and has special interest in providing Goverance and Employment Law advice to Not-For-Profit organisations.
Julia has considerable experience in complex estate litigation in the Supreme Court of Queensland and has a special interest in all aspects of succession law including estate planning, estate administration and litigation.
